파인컷은 사용자의 영상을 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
세션 분할, 게임 판별, 포인트 감지, 렌더까지 모든 처리는 사용자의 PC에서 이루어지며, 영상과 그 분석 결과는 PC 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
PineCut never uploads your footage.
Session splitting, game detection, moment detection, and rendering all run on your own PC, and neither your video nor anything derived from it leaves your machine.

처리하지 않는 정보What we do not collect
파인컷은 다음을 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.PineCut does not collect or transmit:
- 사용자의 녹화 영상, 캡처된 프레임, 화면에서 파악한 글자 등 영상에서 파생된 일체의 데이터
- 파인컷이 생성한 클립·병합본·세로 쇼츠 등 결과물
- 파일 이름, 폴더 경로, 폴더 구조
- 게임 계정, 게임 내 닉네임, 게임 플레이 기록
- 키 입력, 화면 실시간 캡처, 마이크·카메라 입력
- Your recordings, captured frames, text read from the screen, or anything else derived from your video
- The clips, merged videos, and vertical shorts PineCut produces
- File names, folder paths, or folder structure
- Game accounts, in-game names, or gameplay history
- Keystrokes, live screen capture, microphone, or camera input
파인컷에는 광고 SDK나 사용자 행동 분석(트래킹) 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.PineCut contains no advertising SDKs and no behavioral analytics or tracking tools.

개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 사업자의 기능을 이용합니다.The Developer does not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. The following providers are used to the extent needed to operate the service:
- Valve Corporation (Steam) — 소프트웨어 배포, 결제, 부가 콘텐츠 소유 확인. Steam에서의 개인정보 처리는 Valve의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — 이 웹사이트의 호스팅·전송 및 [email protected] 로 오는 메일의 전달.
- Google LLC — 지원 메일함(Gmail) 운영. 이 웹사이트는 Google Fonts에서 웹폰트를 불러오며, 이 과정에서 방문자의 IP 주소가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다.

pineclip.app uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice (KO/EN) is stored only in your browser and is never sent to a server. The hosting provider may retain short-lived access logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for service delivery and security.

정보주체의 권리Your rights
사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 파인컷은 영상과 그 분석 결과를 보관하지 않으므로 해당 데이터는 사용자가 자신의 PC에서 직접 삭제하면 완전히 제거됩니다. 문의 이메일과 관련한 권리 행사는 [email protected] 으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. Steam 계정과 결제 정보에 관한 권리 행사는 Valve에 요청하셔야 합니다.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data. Because PineCut retains neither your footage nor its analysis, deleting those files on your own PC removes that data entirely. For anything related to support email, write to [email protected] and we will act without undue delay. Requests concerning your Steam account and payment data must be directed to Valve.

아동의 개인정보Children
파인컷은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.PineCut is not directed at children under 14, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

안전성 확보 조치Security
영상 데이터가 사용자의 PC를 벗어나지 않도록 설계하는 것이 가장 근본적인 보호 조치입니다. 그 밖에 웹사이트와 배포 파일 전송에는 HTTPS 암호화를 적용하고, 지원 메일함에는 2단계 인증을 적용합니다.
Keeping video data on your machine is the most fundamental safeguard in this design. In addition, the website and update downloads are served over HTTPS, and the support mailbox is protected with two-factor authentication.
